1. How to Earn Points

Members earn 1 point for every HKD1 spent on FUJIFILM BI eShop Pro product.

 

2. How to Check and Redeem Points for Gifts

i. Log in to “My Account” > Select "Gift Redemption" > Check your points balance > Choose gift items and quantity > Click "Checkout".

ii. Fill in your contact details and confirm the pickup address, then submit your redemption order.

iii. After submission, you will receive a "Redemption Order Receipt" via email.

 

3. How to Collect Gifts

Gifts must be collected within 30 days of receiving the "Redemption Order Receipt" during the specified business hours at the following location. Late collection will not be accepted.

FAQs:

1.     When will points be updated?

Points will be issued and updated within 5 working days after transaction completion.

 

2.     Do points expire?

Points have no expiry date. Members can check their points balance and redemption order history in "My Account".

 

3.     Can gifts be delivered with other ordered items?

Gifts are for self-pickup only and cannot be delivered.

 

4.     Can I cancel or modify a points redemption order?

Once submitted, redemption orders cannot be cancelled or modified, and deducted points will not be refunded.

 

Terms and Conditions of Program:

1.     Points will not be awarded for transactions made without logging in as a member. No points will be retroactively credited.

2.     Program terms, gift options, and promotions may be updated periodically without prior notice.

3.     Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.     Gifts are limited in quantity and available while stocks last. FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to substitute or cancel gifts.
